The following terms and conditions govern the use of Intelligro website including shopping and participation in promotions run by Intelligro.

intelligro.co.nz gives customers convenient, quick, easy and secure shopping.
Products displayed on this site can be purchased using secure online Mastercard & Visa transaction facility. Customers can be confident that all of their details are protected by the latest security mechanisms and are used only for purposes of the transaction fulfillment.
You will be asked to register as a member of Intelligro. Apart from benefits including receiving emails containing special deals, your shopping address details will be filed saving you the effort of entering these details each time you checkout. If you do not wish to be contacted further, please uncheck the "Newsletter Subscription" box in the sign up form. This means we will not contact you with promotional or informational communications, but we will still hold your details for shopping purposes. We may also contact you in direct reference to your order.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax).
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.
Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, Intelligro cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Intelligro’s Cancellation and Refund policy
1.1 Intelligro may terminate an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.
1.2 If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our main office, either via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or calling (03) 347 9415. No cancellation fees will apply. Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to us in accordance with the Returns Policy.
Faulty Product Returns:
2.1 Intelligro aims to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact us via email (email@example.com) or call (03) 347 9415 as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. In order to assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment.
2.2 If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace the product or refund the price of the product to your original payment method at your request. If the product is found not to have a defect or deemed out of warranty, we will ship the product back to you.
2.3 It does not constitute a defect, if in our reasonable opinion, the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care. This includes, but is not limited to all of Intelligro’s bulk and bagged goods, pavers, tools and textiles.
Returns and Refunds:
3.1 In addition to your rights in relation to faulty products in clause 2, you can return any product (a) within 7 days of purchase; (b) unused and in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition.
3.2 To ensure the returns are assessed and processed swiftly, please contact us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call (03) 347 9415 as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process.
3.3 Upon receiving and inspection of your return, we will contact you about next steps. Once determined the return is in compliance with clause 3.1, we will refund the price of the product returned to your designated bank account or exchange the product.
3.4 However, we will not be able to refund any delivery fees that you have paid at purchase to have the product shipped to you. If the return, in our reasonable opinion, is not in compliance with clause 3.1, we will contact you to ship the product back to you and you will be liable for the shipping costs both to and from us.
3.5 Should you change your mind on a bulk purchase after the delivery has been made, Intelligro will offer a refund on the purchase price, however it will be the responsibility of the customer to organise and fund the return of the goods. The refund will be carried out once Intelligro has determined that the product has been returned contaminate-free and at the volume initially supplied.
3.6 Intelligro is not legally required to give you a refund or replacement if you have simply changed your mind. 3.7 Nothing in this clause is intended to exclude any of your statutory rights as a consumer under New Zealand Consumer Law.
Intelligro Complaints Procedure
Here at Intelligro we welcome feedback from our customers about our products and service.
The process for receiving a complaint is as follows:
- First point of contact is recording the nature of the complaint. Our retail sales team will most likely be receiving any face to face complaints, and their job is to record the details to pass on to Management to investigate
- One of the Management team members will call the person making the complaint to gather all of the information. They will record what the customer says and then conduct and investigation at our end. This may include talking to other staff, checking and testing products or reviewing security footage if deemed necessary.
